- – 2 tablespoons of aloe vera gel
- – 1 lemon
- – 1L of water
- – Honey (optional)
1. Squeeze the lemon into all its juice and reserve in a container.
2. Open the aloe vera stalk and with the help of a soup spoon, extract 2 tablespoons of the aloe vera gel.
3. Add aloe vera to the blender and lemon and 2 glasses of water.
4. Once ready, mix it with the remaining water and that’s it.
5. If you do not like the taste, you can sweeten it with 1 teaspoon of honey.
